What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing:

Unexpired government I.D and a proper place to complete the signing. If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

Fees are included with the signing fee.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

If your lending agent does not provide a witness, we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in x State?

At this time, Mississippi does not offer Remote Notary Services. As soon as the statutes change, we definitely will!
